Nap time

I love nap time at my house. When nap time comes Cayson, Carly and I go up to my bed and we all lay down together. Yesterday when we went to lay down Cayson turned to me and asked me to hold his hand. He put his fingers between mine and we fell asleep. As soon as he woke up and realized he wasn't holding my hand anymore he got mad at me for letting go and grabbed it again. When he drives me nuts all I have to do is think about how sweet he is and it makes everything...well almost everything...better!

Aw, what a sweet kid! I love moments like that. Sometimes Sydney will just climb into my lap and give me a big hug and a kiss. It makes it ALL worth it!

That is the truth! Sienna could be cranky all day long which makes me want to pull my hair out but then she could smile at me when I walk into the room and it makes me forget all about the hectic day.
What a sweet boy you have!

Since David started working night shifts, I've had some trouble sleeping, so I decided to let Theora sleep in our bed at night. Well, she loves it, of course, but what I didn't expect was how much it would help me to bond with her. Whenever she annoys me or fights with Nola during the day, I just try to remember how sweet she is at night.

Happy (late) Birthday Lacy! Sorry I didn't get this to you yesterday. I told myself too, and then forgot. I hope you had a great day with your family!

I just wanted to respond to your comment because I did not know your email address. Sienna is on track with milestones according to her (supposed to be birthdate) not actual. She has been pronouncing constenants for a while now like da da ga ti...things like that. she started cooing around 2-3 months. It is so much fun to listen to her just jabber away. I am excited for you to hit that stage with Carly. Hope all is well.
