Baptism Day

Cayson was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints today.
It was a very special day for our family to watch him make this decision.
We are so proud of Cayson and what a great example he is to his brother and sister.
Cayson and Daddy dressed in their whites.

Cayson, Daddy, Granddaddy and Great Grandma Shelley.
4 generations.

Pinewood Derby

Cayson participated in his first pinewood derby and did pretty good.
(His car in the green with white stripes.)
His car raced 4 times getting 4th, 2nd, 4th and 3rd.
Looks like we have some work to do for next year!

He had a nice little cheering section with Thad, Burke, Grandmom, Aunt Diane and myself.
Cayson got the lean green machine award.
I couldn't figure out how to turn my video but here is his car racing.

Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday began with heading out to Phoenix to my nephews mission homecoming.
After church we went to my parents house for Easter dinner.
Carly and Burke had a visit from the Easter bunny and had fun searching for eggs!
Finally it was time for all 71 people to come for dinner.
Yes, 71.
I always look forward to our family dinners because even though it is pure craziness and there is always lots of food to make we always have so much fun visiting and being together.

Easter Eggs 2012

Time for our yearly easter egg dying party at Grandmom's house.
I looked back at earlier years when it was just the 3 older boys.
Times have changed and it keeps getting better!

Burke and Carly are very focused on their egg dying.
(On a side note, these pictures really made me realize how skinny Carly is.)

Burkie was trying to be a smurf.

I love this picture of Burke's face!!
I think they each ate 2 cupcakes!

Bowling Party

Cayson had his birthday party last saturday.
We took the kids bowling and had his whole party at the alley.
It was such a fun party and all I had to do was bring the cake!
These boys are hilarious!

Bowling.
Best. Decision. Ever.

Daddy Daughter dance

Carly went to her first daddy/daughter dance at church and had a blast!
Daddy did her nails.
They hula hooped.
They danced.
They ate goodies.
Carly played with friends.
Carly painted a water color picture.
They had so much fun!
