I started reading "Twilight" after my neice recommended it to me to read. I had "Twilight" for almost a month before I took it out to read it. She had told me briefly what is was about and I was very skeptical that it would be as good as she raved. I have to say that I am glad that I put off reading it for so long because now I don't have to wait for so long for the release of the third novel, "Eclipse" to be released. I read "Twilight" in a day and a half, only because I had to sleep and my child did need me. After I finished "Twilight" I bought "New Moon" and read that in less than 24 hours (I did skip a major part of the book and finished but went back and re-read the entire book, if you read the books you will understand why I skipped the middle section). I have now read "New Moon" twice and am working on finishing "Twilight" for the second time. I can't wait for the release of "Eclipse" on August 7th and will somehow have to find a way to survive while waiting for book 4 "Midnight Sun" to be released sometime Fall 08'. I hesitate to say what the book is about for fear that you will not want to read it. I actually forgot what she had said about it, I only remembered that it was a romance, somthing that I wouldn't want to put down, a thriller....and not remembering the most important part of what she said is what caught be by surprise. The book is a young adult romance, it will keep you guessing, you will be thrilled and you will not want to put it down. You will get wrapped up in the emotions and you will picture yourself as the main character in the book. My whole family is wrapped up in the books, we have discussions and arguments, we speculate about the next books, we discuss what we want to have happen next. My neice Dawn is friends with the author which I hope will possibly get us some insight about what is to come, although I doubt she will indulge our curious minds. The author's website is fun, she inculdes deleted sections from the books and adds things that you would otherwise not know about. I hope that you find the idea of these books appealing and decide to read them. I know you will enjoy them but beware, they are addicting! Its like crack, you can't put it down!
