As much as I miss having Carly at home during the day I have really enjoyed spending time with Burke. He is a very funny and happy boy. He loves the personal attention that he gets from mommy.
A few weeks ago Burke had his VCUG and 18 month shots. The VCUG sucked rocks. He was so mad and it was very hard to hear him cry and be so sad. But the good news is his kidney reflux is completely GONE!!! Then 2 days later he had 4 shots. I think it is safe to say that was not his favorite week. Burke is a BIG boy. His stats are:
27.11 lbs- 50-75th%
34 1/2 inches- 95-97th%
Today we had an appointment with his GI dr. (who is the best GI in the world)! Burke has been suffering with horrible constipation for the past couple months. It came out of the blue and we have struggled with trying to help him. For at least the next year he will be on a heavy dose of Miralax to help the poor guy poop. I also have to take him for some blood tests to check for an underlying issue (celiac disease) that could be causing this to come back. Let's hope everything turns out great!
